Lindsay is a Licensed Registered Dietitian who believes in food for function and freedom. She specializes in helping people overcome all types of food and body challenges with a nourishing and sustainable approach. She has experience in treating people who’ve struggled with various eating disorder diagnoses, and takes special interest in HAES, intuitive-eating, fat liberation, exploring movement in recovery, and managing chronic illness in conjunction with ED recovery. Lindsay earned her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics from the University of Minnesota. She went on to complete her Dietetic Internship through University of Minnesota, which concentrated on eating disorder treatment and recovery. Lindsay is also a registered yoga teacher and level one reiki practitioner, and enjoys weaving mind-body techniques into her work with clients. Outside of work, she enjoys cuddling with her Yorkie-Poodle, Java, spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and exploring new restaurants/foods.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment

INSURANCE

Our practice is self-pay. We do not accept insurance at this time. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for sessions.

CANCELATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48-hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged in full for the session.
